This is a very helpful field. It allows you to modify the title of the Page so you can have your typical Article Title SEO Help, and then an extended title that the SEO engines see

Teaser Field

Use the Teaser field to control what the SEO cache as the summary of the page.

Proper Links

Make sure the Links you insert are descriptive.

For example not Click Here but SEO Help

Meta Tags

Using this field enter a decription that may enhance this page. Keywords though are considered useless now a days due to over usage.

URL Field

This is KEY. Enter a clean url for your page and SEO love it.

For example sending search engines or people to node/6 is not great. But send them to seo_help and they can all find it.

Site Map fields

This is a great feature. The default may be fine. If you do not want the SE's to look at this page (ie you are working on it or it is private) then you can set to 'NOT'. Else increase or decrease

Schedule your Release

Say you have 5 new blog items. Ideally you should release ONE a day so the search engines see your site as acitve.

This module allows you to add content on one day but release it on another day

When creating your Content

1. Repeating keywords a few times helps to increase this pages rankings.
2. Use the h1 h2 h3 tags to help organize your data
