Email Templates

We have created 3 templates to help send emails from CiviCRM with a little more layout effect.

It is impossible to guarantee they work in all browser and desktop based email readers. We have tested them in Yahoo, Gmail, Thunderbird and Outlook.

Template One

A simple One column template with your header image on top.

Here you have a Left Column

Template Three is just a swap from left to right.

What can you easily change?

Background color, Body color, title and link colors as well as the header image.

Web page addresses and e-mail addresses turn into links automatically.
Allowed HTML tags: <a> <em> <strong> <cite> <code> <ul> <ol> <li> <dl> <dt> <dd>
Lines and paragraphs break automatically.

Full HTML

Web page addresses and e-mail addresses turn into links automatically.
Lines and paragraphs break automatically.
Image links with 'rel="lightbox"' in the tag will appear in a Lightbox when clicked on.
Image links from G2 are formatted for use with Lightbox.V2
You may use [img:xx] tags to display uploaded files or images inline.
Glossary terms will be automatically marked with links to their descriptions. If there are certain phrases or sections of text that should be excluded from glossary marking and linking, use the special markup, [no-glossary] ... [/no-glossary]. Additionally, these HTML elements will not be scanned: a, abbr, acronym, code, pre.
